I live an hour away but always stop at this location on my way back home, Jordy is amazing! Their service is outstanding and the staff is really friendly! Also shoutout to Desteny??? (Forgot her name) that barista is a sweet angel that always get my drink (a grande white mocha with oat milk no whip blonde ristretto two pumps of white mocha two pumps of sugar free vanilla extra hot) perfect!

As a longtime Starbucks Reserve customer since 2008, I always appreciate the consistency this location on Franklin Ave delivers. The drinks are reliably made, the staff is generally friendly, and service is efficient even during busy hours. The store is clean and comfortable, making it a good spot to grab coffee, work briefly, or meet up with someone. Convenient location with easy access and parking and a drive trough, especially being close to other shops on Franklin Ave. Always a dependable stop for my daily coffee routine.

I wanted to acknowledge the great service I received from Andrew and his Supervisor. There have been many times I encountered Andrew at the drive thru, and what I observed was consistent professionalism with a pleasant demeanor in the service Andrew provides each time. If he was ever having a bad day, I would never know it. People like Andrew should receive the recognition they deserve as these employees are not often valued as essential staff to a business but are truly the face of an establishment who hold great weight in the success of the business. His Supervisor is also amazing and I have experienced the same service from her as well on many occasions!

Coming here to report the customer service has changed completely. I came to this store as I always do and was treated so poorly. The manager Zea viciously butched my name, I didn’t think anything of it at first, was given an order that had salt… salt in the drink. I asked them the drink was salty if they could please remake it. They gave me a drink with a broken cup, that was dripping as they gave it to me, I thought it was just from the remake it until I saw it was scratched. I went back to the store and the manager laughed at me saying I’m making those stuff up. I never felt more attacked before, it’s such a disappointment from my typical experience. This is honestly one of the best Starbucks stores. The customer service here is amazing, it feels very welcoming. I do understand some of the reviews because sometimes I do come and I’m met with some extremely rude and incompetent individuals. However it doesn’t happen often given how often I visit this store. The good experiences definitely outweigh the bad ones.
